Do you take returns? TOP

We do not accept returns or exchanges; unless there is an error on our part; due to the personalization of our gifts.  Please be sure to review your order for any errors in colors and monograms before ordering.

Can you send my order as a gift directly to the receipient? TOP

Of course we can!  It is no problem to send your gift to your receipient at NO EXTRA CHARGE. 

How will my stationary/notepads be packaged? TOP

The Pink Magnolias loves a cello bag with an adorable bow!!  So, all stationary and notepads will be wrapped in a clear cello bag with a bow all ready to be given as a gift!!!

When will my order ship? TOP

There are different ship times per the item.  See notes below...all dates based on items in stock.

Handbags: allow 4-6 weeks

Bowtie Clogs: allow 3-5 weeks

Stationary: allow 7-10 days if personalized, 3-5 days without personalization

Embroidery items (including monogramming): allow 7-10 days

Peronalized Home Decor Items: allow 12-15 days

 

 

How will my order be shipped? TOP

Each order will be processed and shipped the most economical way.  We use USPS First Class Mail service and FedEx ground.  For an additional charge, all orders can be shipped faster.  Please email me to inquire about the additional charges if faster shipping is needed.

Do I pay sales tax? TOP

Yes you do pay sales tax.  You will see the sales tax added in your cart when you are checking out.  Sales tax is calculated at 7.75% for all orders.  We are required to collect sales tax on all orders.

Can I place an order over the phone? TOP

Of course you can.  If you are not comfortable using your credit card online, please feel free to call me or email me regarding your order.  If you reach the voicemail, please leave a message and I will be happy to return your call promptly regarding your order.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed? TOP

If an order has not been printed, embroidered, or manufactured you may certainly cancel the order for a $20.00 cancellation fee.  After the order has been started we can not cancel the orders.  If the item in question is a non personalized or custom order, it may be cancelled for a $5.00 restocking fee.

What if my order is received damaged? TOP

If you receive your order damaged, please do not disgard ANY of the shipping materials that came with the order; I will need those in order to file a claim with the carriers.  All damage claims need to be made within 5 days or receiving the order so please contact us as quickly as possible.  If a photo is available, that would be wonderful to include in an email.  The date of receipt will be based off of the tracking of the shipment.

Do the colors on the stationary/notepads look exactly like they do on the computer screen? TOP

All computer monitors display colors differently.  Navy on one screen may look more like black on another.  The best way to know the color is to read the description on the product, we have tried to note colors on all products.  If you have any questions, please email me.

How do I decide the order of a monogram? TOP

The Traditional monogram is the person's first name is first, the middle name initial will be the last letter in the monogram, and the last name initial will be the largest initial in the middle of the monogram.  See example below.

Name is Ann Marie Lewis so the monogram will be as below.

If you are ordering a product with a monogram for a married couple the order is a little different.  The wife's first name initial is first, the husband's first name initial is last and the large initial in the middle is their last name letter.  See the example below.

Wife's name is Beth Williams and the husband's name is Tom Williams so the monogram will be as below.

If you are ordering a product for a man, the most common monogram will be just three initials all the same size.  In that case, the monogram will be first name initial, middle name initial and last name initial all in that order and letters would be the same size. See the example below.

Man's name is Evan Christopher Williams; so the monogram would be as below.
